Delivery Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers estimated transit times and the post-dispatch delivery experience for orders from growxdigitalindia.in. For packing and dispatch timelines, refer to our Shipping Policy.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

* Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Corporate bulk shipments to multiple locations may have staggered delivery schedules.

3. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. Undelivered packages are held at the nearest facility for 7 days.
• After 7 days, unclaimed packages are returned. Return shipping and re-dispatch charges may apply.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is confirmed via the courier's electronic proof of delivery (e-POD), which may include OTP verification, signature, or photo confirmation.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or does not match what was ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label, along with your order number.
• We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
• For customised/branded items, we recommend recording an unboxing video for faster claim resolution.

6. Lost Shipments

If tracking shows no progress for 7+ business days, contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier and process a replacement or refund upon confirmation.

7. Force Majeure

Deliveries may be delayed by natural disasters, severe weather, transport strikes, or government-imposed restrictions. We will communicate any such delays promptly.
