Returns & Refunds Policy
24-Hour Return Window
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Lost in transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or expired product received
Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- Approved returns will be processed for replacement within 2–3 business days.
- Replacements are expected to be delivered within 4–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Process
- Initiate: Contact our support team at order@growxdigitalindia.in with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Approval: We will review your request and provide instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for the return.
