Refund & Cancellation Policy

7-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the items meet our eligibility criteria.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Process

  1. Initiate: Contact our support team at compliance@growxdigitalindia.in with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Approval: We will review your request and provide instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  3. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  4. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for the return.
