Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, including tracking details.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Exceptions & Remote Areas

While we strive to cover all pin codes in India, deliveries to certain remote locations may take longer or require special arrangements. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and process a full refund.

Damaged Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at compliance@growxdigitalindia.in with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
