1. Definitions
- "Shipping" / "Dispatch" refers to the process of sourcing, quality-checking, custom-branding (if applicable), packing, and handing over products to the courier/logistics partner for transit.
- "Delivery" refers to the transit and final handover to the customer or the corporate buyer's designated address. See our Delivery Policy.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
- Standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customised or branded orders (corporate gifting with logos, embossing, custom packaging) may require 3–7 business days, depending on complexity and quantity.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.
- Business days: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST.
3. Packing Standards
- All products are securely packed with protective materials (bubble wrap, foam inserts, corrugated boxes) to prevent transit damage.
- Gift-wrapped and branded orders are packed with additional care to maintain presentation quality.
- GST-compliant invoices and packing slips accompany every shipment.
4. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification with tracking number and courier partner details. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery location. For corporate and bulk orders, custom shipping quotes are provided as part of the proposal.
6. Pan-India Coverage
GrowX ships to all serviceable pin codes across India. If a pin code is not serviceable by our standard courier partners, we will notify you and discuss alternative arrangements or process a refund.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate shipping details including complete address, pin code, and an active phone number. GrowX Digital Solutions is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address information.
8. Force Majeure
Dispatch may be delayed by vendor supply issues, customisation complexity, courier disruptions, weather, strikes, or government restrictions. We will keep you informed.
